  1. Precision metal stamping presses: 30 ton to 800 tons
  2. Contract assembly and project managment. Let us be your assembly line on products small or large, electrical or mechanical, for service or current production. K-O has the experience and expertise to do it all for you. We also assemble part kits of non-metal itmes like grease, oil, and paint samples.
  3. Welding: Precision MIG and spot (resistance) welding. Internal processes: deburring, tumbling, lapping, clean/wash/degrease, spot welding, MIG welding, brazing, soldering, tapping and drilling, staking, coining, riveting, Pem Nut insertion.
  4. Quality System: ISO/TS16949:2002
  5. Quality Lab - CMM, Calibration, Measuring and Testing Instruments.
  6. Finishes:  powder, wet or e-coat painting; zinc, chrome or specialty plating; rust inhibitors; heat treating.
  7. Warehousing:  more than 22,000 sq.ft. currently available for new projects or consignment inventory management, including managed stock rotation.
  8. Packaging: we obtain the most effective, cost efficient container for delivery based on your part size and weight.  Quantity, weight, returnable/expendable issues are reviewed to cut waste, duplication and costs.  Retail packs, bar coding, hardware bagging, individually or unitized wrap and other special packaging are readily available.
  9. Your Safety Stock:  Normally consists of one or two parts releases or SPQ in raw material, for JIT shipping daily.  Standard lead times are two to six weeks, depending on the part process.
